Holidays & Special University Weekends:
Subject to premium rates and three-night minimum stay.
* During Cornell and Ithaca Collage Graduation weekends, rates are subject to change.
* 1/2 Deposit is due upon booking and is non-refundable. The remainder balance is due the January of the year of actual graduation. Cancellation/Refund after the fact will be dependent on re-booking the room.
Discounts:
Seasonal corporate discounts and discounts for extended stays are subject to availability Sunday - Thursday and during January - February.
Reservations & Cancellations:
Reservations may be prepaid by check or with a major credit card. Reservations cancelled with less than two weeks notice are subject to full charge unless rooms can be rerented. All cancellations are subject to a twenty-five dollar accounting fee. Please note that these policies are vital to the management of a small country inn.
